As a busy business owner, while working another full-time job in my late 30s, I understand the struggles of a busy life.

Hi, I’m Meghann! I’m a recovering fitness and food addict who struggled with bulimia for more than half of my life. I’m a traumatic brain injury and chronic illness survivor. I’m a full time mother, a business owner, and a health and lifestyle coach. I specialize in food addiction, weight loss, low carb, ketogenic, carnivore, and lifestyle coaching.

Through my journey of disordered eating, the struggles of anxiety, OCD, and depression-I was able to heal and transform my life with a meat based diet and other holistic interventions. Getting through these challenges has been one of my greatest blessings and accomplishments. I am a firm believer we have the ability to heal ourselves through food, wellness, and lifestyle changes if we never give up on ourselves.

Through this experience, I came to realize my life's mission is to help others who may suffer with similar afflictions. My deepest pains, struggles, and hardships have become my driving force to overcome the challenges life has thrown at me and I hope to empower others to do the same.
