Hey! I’m Abby, the owner of a keto recipe website called Keto Keuhn Nutrition. I also have a few keto e-books. I have a passion for helping people lead healthier lives through the keto diet.

As a busy business owner, while working another full-time job in my late 30s, I understand the struggles of a busy life.

I created this summit to help you put together the pieces of the keto diet that aren’t working well so you can become healthier and happier.

She helps others develop the confidence and habits to create lasting change and greater health by sharing her wealth of knowledge and over 25 years of experience in psychology, addictions studies, fitness, nutrition, yoga, meditation, overall health and wellness.

Leslyn Keith is a certified lymphedema therapist and has a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with an emphasis on lymphedema and obesity. She has treated lymphatic and fat disorders for over 20 years and currently researches, consults, and lectures on lymphedema, lipedema, and obesity nationally and internationally. She is the author of two books and published several articles about the efficacy of a ketogenic diet for lymphatic and fat disorders.  She trains healthcare providers to treat lymphatic and fat disorders through Klose Training & Consulting.  Currently, Dr. Keith is collaborating with Robert Erkstam, OTR, CLT-LANA to provide an online self-paced course for management of weight and lymphedema, Lymphatic Lifestyle Solutions Online.

Robert Orion Sikes is a lifetime natural, competitive bodybuilder.  He started training as a junior in high school weighing a whopping 115 pounds.  In the beginning, he followed traditional, “bro-dieting” wisdom which consisted of eating 6 or 7 meals a day filled with carbohydrates and very high protein.  This nutritional protocol led to a downward spiral of health issues and disordered eating.

After his third bodybuilding competition, Robert decided to try something new and began experimenting with a high fat, strict ketogenic approach to bodybuilding.  He formulated his own approach to contest prep nutrition leveraging keto and earned his pro-status with bodybuilding in 2017.

He has since dedicated his life to learning and teaching others the benefits of following a well formulated, ketogenic lifestyle.  The lessons learned led to his creation of the Keto Brick, a 1,000 calorie, ketogenic performance meal.  The Brick was never meant to be a product sold to the public.  Robert just created it for his own personal use during his competition prep.  However, after featuring it on a YouTube video, he received a ton of interest around the Brick and decided to jump in with both feet to make it into a viable business.  After countless late nights and a never ending grind, the business took off and has since become a wild success!

Robert now works alongside his wife Crystal and their amazing team to continually create content and Bricks and add a ton of value within this community.  His mission is and will continue to be, empowering others to believe in themselves and truly tap into their full potential by optimizing their body and mind.

Trina is dedicated to helping people live their best lives with a happy body, happy gut, happy immune system, and happy heart.

Her passion for low carb and keto lifestyles began with the diagnosis of two autoimmune conditions. Her unique approach shines through in her focus on whole body health.

Craig Emmerich graduated in Electrical Engineering who has spent the last 15 plus years researching nutrition and working with thousands of clients along side his wife Maria Emmerich. He uses his knowledge of how our bodies work to help clients heal and lose weight leveraging their biology to make it easy. Mary Roberts

Mary Roberts is a certified Eating Disorder Peer Counselor, Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, Primal Health Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Coach.

With over a decade of personal experience, she holds the distinction of being food sober for more than 10 years, triumphing over bulimia, binge eating disorder, and compulsive overeating.

Mary's journey to health and wellness was marked by adversity. Prior to embracing a ketogenic lifestyle, she grappled with eating disorders and battled conditions such as type two diabetes, hypertension, psoriasis, asthma, allergies, sleep apnea, and snoring. However, her life took a remarkable turn as she embraced a real-food ketogenic way of eating. The results were astounding - Mary shed over 100 pounds, became medication-free, maintained a non-diabetic A1c, and achieved overall good health.

Most recently, James launched his first functional food product, Pluck, an organ-based seasoning. It's the first of its kind and an amazingly easy and delicious way for people to get organ meats into their diet.

James is also a published cookbook author having co-authored the recipes in Margaret Floyd’s book Eat Naked and co-authored the follow-up cookbook The Naked Foods Cookbook. He most recently co-authored the recipes in Dr. Alejandro Junger’s book, Clean 7.

Courtney is a former yacht chef turned homeschooling mama and Carnivore content creator. She shares her recipes and health journey as she strives for optimal health with a meat based diet.

She has a long history of yo-yo dieting and finally found the end of the road of what works best for her. Her days are no longer filled with obsessing about food, and she now helps others to try and break free from carb and sugar addictions.

She shares her passion for food with creative recipes to keep the carnivore lifestyle sustainable. Her first cookbook is set to be published in the fall of 2024

Amber Wentworth
Food Addiction Specialist

Amber is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in sugar addiction.

She has 45 years of personal experience dealing with her sugar addiction which morphed into multiple eating disorders, exercise disorders, abuse of diuretics, laxatives, diet pills, obesity, and major health issues as well as other addictions.

She now understands this was all due to the primary illness of addiction, and she was treating the wrong issues. She wants to help others find the missing pieces to their puzzle and get the help they need, so they don't have to suffer as long as she did.

Dr. Kiltz is a renowned fertility doctor featured in The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Parents Magazine, The Today Show, and more for reducing the cost of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to 1/3 the National Average and helping shape the future of reproductive medicine.  Dr. Kiltz is a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Fellowship trained and Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Kiltz is the founder, director, and practicing physician at CNY Fertility. He is a previous clinical faculty member at UCSF Medical School and a current clinical faculty member at the University of Syracuse Medical School.

Dr. Kiltz is a passionate advocate of the ketogenic/carnivore diet for fertility and overall health and wellness. Through decades of clinical practice, he's discovered that infertility (and virtually all other diseases we humans suffer from) are caused primarily by the foods we eat and the frequency at which we consume them.

Dr. Kiltz believes that optimal human nutrition is obtained from eating a carnivore diet centered around fatty animal foods.
