Meet Your Host

Hey! I’m Abby, the owner of a keto recipe website called Keto Keuhn Nutrition. I also have a few keto e-books. I have a passion for helping people lead healthier lives through the keto diet.

As a busy business owner, while working another full-time job in my late 30s, I understand the struggles of a busy life.

I created this summit to help you to put together the pieces of the keto diet that aren’t working well so you can become healthier and happier.



The Keto Diet Summit will run from Friday February 23th through Sunday the 25th. There will be a variety of presentation to choose from each day.


You can tune into the presentations from the comfort of your own home.


Presentations will be about 17-25 minutes in length. Each presenter will provide you with action steps so you can map out your next steps live. Each presentation will be available for 24-hours to encourage you to take action along with thousands of other keto dieters.


You’ll also have access to the Facebook group with about 1000 other keto dieters, where we’ll be partying it up before the summit starts and sharing and helping each other when it's over. The speakers will even pop in to answer your questions!
