Hey! I’m Abby, the owner of a keto recipe website called Keto Keuhn Nutrition. I also have a few keto e-books. I have a passion for helping people lead healthier lives through the keto diet.

At 41, while running a business and working another full-time job, I understand how hard it can be to stay consistent when life is busy, stress is high, and the usual advice just is not working anymore.

Sarah Franklin is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and neuromuscular practitioner specializing in root-cause, whole-body health. Her work focuses on Ketogenic and Carnivore-based nutrition to support hormone balance, metabolic health, and fat loss.

Prior to her nutrition training, Sarah spent 18 years as a healthcare professional in the pharmaceutical industry in Diabetes Management and Cardiovascular Diseases. Carnivore Educator and Coach

Jenny Mitich used the Carnivore Diet to lose over 50 pounds and resolve severe anxiety and depression. She is passing along what she has learned to help thousands of people transition to the Carnivore lifestyle. She is a long-term Carnivore and full-time content creator who is passionate about helping people take charge of their metabolic health. She believes that people should know their numbers and empowers them to do so with her educational Carnivore content and engaging N of 1 experiments.
